Shipping policy

  1. If your order doesn’t include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund (Item’s original price).
  2. If your order includes promotions or discounts, the calculated price you’ve paid for the item is adjusted accordingly. This will lead to differences in the Refund’s amount, from the Original Cost of the items.
  3. The Order’s Shipping Fee won’t be included in refunds. We also don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may have resulted from shipping the returned items.
  4. A refund will be processed back to the original payment method once the parcel is processed by Cherry Tomatoes.
  5. Please allow 7 working days for your refund to be credited back to your payment method. A refund will only be issued once the goods received back at Cherry Tomatoes.


Note: For your Security, refunds will only be transferred back to the Original Mode of Payment method. For situations that may need refunds transferred to another Account, we would be happy to provide the refund as a Voucher instead.

Return Policy

If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 14 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it.

Please Note:

  • Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.
  • We don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping a Return.
  • All clearance ITEMS purchased at Cherry Tomatoes are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
  • To ensure that your Return is valid and eligible for a refund:
    •    Always process a return in accordance with our Return procedure
    •    Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return
  •  Please take time read through our Refund Policy for more information on how much you may expect to receive for a return.

Note:  If you wish to return an item please ensure the items are in a resalable condition and unworn with the tags attached, otherwise we cannot guarantee they will be accepted. If you decide to return any item(s), you must return the item(s) to us within 14 days starting from date of delivery in order to receive a full refund.

Looking to Exchange!               

Should you wish to Exchange an item you received due to issues with its’ Size or Quality, this can be arranged by simply following our Return Procedure and specifying “Exchange” as your “Desired Resolution”.

Do note that Exchanges are an alternative resolution for Returns and are bound by the same guidelines and limitations.
